Specializing in the conception, the production and the decoration of technical and thermoplastic parts (from PP to liquid crystals), the subsidiaries of the Industrial sector have a total of 120 injection moulding machines from 20 to 200 tons, in France, Poland and Mexico, so mastering injection in mono-material, bi-injection, gas, insert overmoulding using robots and automatic assembly line, semi-automatic insert overmoulding.The assembly workshops are on site (automatic or semi-automatic machines) producing up to 1 million subsystems/week.

Three specialized units of which two are equipped with clean room ISO 7 :
24 injection moulding machines from 40 to 200 tons, entirely automated with protection and laminar flow unit and 5 extrusion lines : Rhone-Alpes, Normandy and Hautes-Alpes.

MediaSure Process : MediaSure® is an integrated process for the production of “MediaSure”, an innovating ready-to-use concept for microbiological testing.The plastic boxes are moulded by injection then filled with the culture medium before being operculated individually.
Consequently, MediaSure can be conserved over a long period at room temperature.
Workshops are integrated for the mechanical maintenance and modification of the moulds.
A new concept of a pre-filled box, water/airtight and hinged. A box ready-to-use for microbiological analysis:
- Individually sealed to guarantee its water/airtightness and the homogeneity of the batch
- Hinged, therefore user-friendly

Our know-how is incontestably linked to our capacity to design and manufacture plastic parts, moulds and the complete set of tools which make a success of our industrial productions.
The design of the part, the choice of the plastic raw material, the technical drawings, the rheology studies: nothing is left to chance. Everything is integrated within the Plastibell Group itself, in our design office and our technical unit (PRO/engineer, Euclid and Moldflow).
Techno-center for co-development
EETAP techno-centre for co-development : a guarantee for the results of the Group
Our technical center EETAP is at our customer's disposal in order to validate in mass production conditions the tools and processes which have been developed for them.
Facilities for trials and tuning. EETAP is also a training centre for the production teams of our customers.
Today, there are four injection moulding machines of 60, 130, 200 and 320 tons. Peripheral equipment for the tuning of complete processes is integrated according to the needs.
